NSK BearingThe meaning of the front code
F——Deep groove ball bearing with flange outer ring (applicable to d less than 10mm), for example: F608.
HR——High load tapered roller bearing, for example: HR30205J.

NSK bearing rear code meaning
1. Internal structure
A——The internal design is different from the standard bearing.
A——Angular contact ball bearing, the contact angle is 30 degrees.
A5——Angular contact ball bearing, the contact angle is 25 degrees.
B——Angular contact ball bearing, the contact angle is 40 degrees.
C——Angular contact ball bearing, the contact angle is 15 degrees.
C——Tapered roller bearing, the contact angle is 20 degrees.
D——Tapered roller bearing, the contact angle is 28 degrees.
C, CA (with brass solid cage),
CD (with stamped cage) - high load spherical roller bearings.
E——High load cylindrical roller bearing.
H——High load thrust spherical roller bearing.
J——The small end diameter, angle and width of the outer ring of the outer ring raceway of the tapered roller bearing are consistent with the ISO regulations.

2.Material
g——The ferrule, the rolling elements are carburized steel.
H——The ferrule, the rolling element is stainless steel.

3. Cage
M——Copper alloy solid cage.

4. Sealing ring, dust cover
Z, ZS——with steel dust cover on one side.

5. Ring shape

8. Tolerance class
P0 (omitted)——The tolerance class conforms to the 0 class specified in the JIS standard.
P6——Tolerance grade complies with grade 6 stipulated by JIS standard.
P6X——Tolerance level complies with 6X level stipulated by JIS standard.
P5——Tolerance grade complies with the 5th grade stipulated by the JIS standard.
P4——The tolerance level conforms to the 4th level stipulated by the JIS standard.
P2——Tolerance class conforms to class 2 stipulated by JIS standard.

9.Special Specifications
X26——The operating temperature is limited to below 150 degrees Celsius.
X28——The operating temperature is limited to below 200 degrees Celsius.
X29——The operating temperature is limited to below 250 degrees Celsius.
S11——Spherical roller bearing, the operating temperature is limited below 200 degrees Celsius.

ZZ: Iron dust cover (same as 2Z)
Z, ZS - one side with steel dust cover.
